Supreme Court justices should have fixed term limits.

Justices currently serve for life. Fixed terms, such as eighteen years, have been proposed as an alternative. Agree if you think term limits would improve the Court. Disagree if you think life tenure is better. Judge the structure, not a specific ruling.
